The initiative aims to integrate these AI capabilities across UOB’s operations in ASEAN, supporting the bank’s broader goal of using innovation to strengthen performance and customer engagement.

A key part of the collaboration focuses on upskilling UOB’s workforce. Employees will participate in specialized training programs through Accenture’s LearnVantage platform, gaining skills to implement and manage new technologies within their roles. UOB views this as essential to maximizing the impact of AI across its organization.
