Among this year’s awardees, Brian Kushner, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, is recognized for his leadership in driving technology strategy and transformation across the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors, advising C-suite executives to navigate digital challenges and implement innovative solutions. Raghavan Sundararajan (Raghav), Senior Vice President at HCLTech, is acknowledged for his work in digital and engineering transformation, specializing in emerging technologies like AI and cloud solutions to drive business innovation. 1. Brian Kushner

Brian Kushner is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm. Kushner co-leads FTI Consulting’s Activism, Aerospace & Defense and the Technology industry practices and is the founder and former leader of FTI Consulting’s Private Equity practice.
Kushner has more than 40 years of board and C-level experience that include serving as director, CEO or chief restructuring officer of more than 35 public and private companies, including serving as the CEO of four telecom companies, two software companies, and a defense contractor.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Kushner co-founded CXO, which was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2008. He began his career at BDM International, a defense firm, where after 10 years, he was Chief Scientist/CIO leading advanced technology, IT, turnarounds and all DARPA business.
Kushner graduated from Cornell University with a PhD in applied physics and electrical engineering, a master’s degree in applied and engineering physics, and an undergraduate degree in applied and engineering physics.

2. Ramyani Basu

Ramyani Basu is a Senior Partner at Kearney, specializing in digital transformation and diversity and inclusion. With over two decades of experience working with businesses across various industries and regions, she combines technology, business acumen, and transformative strategies to deliver value for her clients.
Known for leading digital and analytics transformations, Ramyani focuses on changing organizational mindsets and cultures to unlock value through technology-enabled programs. She also manages relationships with the firm’s digital ecosystem partners in the UK to drive digital transformation discussions.
As part of Kearney's European leadership team, Ramyani contributes to driving growth in the region. She chairs the European Inclusion Council, focusing on targeted hiring, inclusive leadership, and career progression for women and other underrepresented groups. Ramyani also leads initiatives like the International Women’s Day Forum at Kearney and oversees the firm’s relationship with UN Women UK.
Ramyani is an industrial engineer and earned an MBA with distinction from IMD Switzerland. Before joining Kearney, she worked for Infosys.

3. Victor Font

Victor Font is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he leverages his extensive experience advising and investing in Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) companies worldwide. Victor has expertise in strategy consulting, investment banking, and investment activities. He was part of the founding team of Cluster Consulting, a TMT consulting boutique in Europe during telecom sector liberalization, and later became the founder and CEO of Delta Partners.
Under his leadership, Delta Partners grew into a global advisory firm, serving C-suite executives, boardrooms, and government officials in the telecom, media, entertainment, sports, and technology sectors. After joining FTI Consulting in 2020, Delta Partners became part of FTI Delta, the firm’s strategy consulting practice.
Victor’s experience extends to the sports sector, where he ran for president of FC Barcelona in 2021 and is working on a project to transform the club. He is also an investor and director at ARA, a Catalan multiplatform media company launched in partnership with The International Herald Tribune and The New York Times. Additionally, as an investor and mentor, Victor supports tech startups, including TwoJeys and Kognia, an AI-based software that analyzes football games and players in real-time.
Prior to co-founding Delta Partners, Mr. Font was a partner at Oliver Wyman (then DiamondCluster) in Sao Paulo, Barcelona and Dubai. He founded Oliver Wyman operations in the Middle East and grew it into a multimillion-dollar business before founding Delta Partners in 2006. At that time, Mr. Font was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee for Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

3. Sazz Ariyanayagam

4. Raghavan Sundararajan

5. Sean McDevitt

In 2023, U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo appointed Sean to the Board of the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet), which supports public safety broadband services for first responders.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in classics and business economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

6. David Frigeri

As Managing Director of AI, David Frigeri is part of Slalom’s AI leadership team and contributes to the firm's vision of leveraging AI to help organizations and individuals drive growth and innovation.
Currently, David leads Slalom's artificial intelligence business and strategy across the East region. In this role, David oversees AI go-to-market initiatives, develops high-performing teams, and delivers revenue growth by building innovative and industry specific AI solutions tailored to clients.

David is currently a board member of Hope Partnership, a North Philadelphia independent middle school and education center.

7. Axel Freyberg

Axel Freyberg is a Senior Partner in Kearney’s Communications, Media & Technology Practice. He has worked for close to 30 years in the industry and served clients in all continents. He has been involved in building the practice from day one and has led the practice in various roles for over a decade, while constantly following his passion to solve challenging strategic and operational problems for technology driven businesses. He is an expert in business, innovation and technology strategy, has overseen multi-year transformations of various technology driven companies, and has driven a broad range of top and bottom-line programs.
Freyberg has advised major mobile telecom, wireline, cable and satellite operators, as well as broadcasting and pay-TV enterprises, leading consumer electronics and technology suppliers and IT service providers. He loves to venture into areas disrupted by technology, and has a passion for sustainability. His recent project portfolio spans a growth strategy for a global consumer electronics player, an AI strategy for a leading tech player, a technology strategy for a leading cable company, a sustainability strategy for a leading telco group, B2B transformation programs for ICT service providers, and structural transformation programs for enterprise equipment, media broadcast infrastructure and global satellite operating companies.
Freyberg has a degree in information technology with focus on telecoms and analytics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an MBA in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He has served on the Supervisory Board of Kearney, is part of the board of directors of a major research community in Germany and is publisher of “tech tonic”, Kearney’s magazine for technology and innovation.

7. Carlos Oliver Mosquera

Carlos Oliver Mosquera is a Partner in Communications, Media and Technology, Head of the Technology Centre of Excellence, at Kearney. Kearney’s Technology Centre of Excellence provides advisory services to clients worldwide through a unique combination of the strategic impact of management consulting and the firm’s deep understanding of ICT technologies. Mosquera first joined the firm in 2015.
Mosquera has a more than 20 years career in communications technology and cybersecurity, spanning over 40 countries. Prior to consulting, Carlos worked as engineer and consultant in the telco industry, much of it as part of the industry’s foremost R&D institution, Bell Labs.
Along his tenure in consulting, Mosquera has covered most aspects of the communications technology industry, from the sell-side, doing R&D and portfolio strategy for telco vendors, to the buy-side, supporting the CTIO agenda for telco operators globally, helping CTIOs set the strategy in leading-edge topics such as 6G, AI for networks, Open RAN, network resilience, telco platforms and APIs, quantum computing and communications, and other network transformation, simplification and modernisation areas. Mosquera also looks after cybersecurity consulting services in Kearney.
Mosquera earned an MBA from the London Business School and another MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

7. Sridhar Narasimhan

Sridhar Narasimhan is a Partner and Head of Kearney’s Technology Practice in the Americas. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience supporting large enterprise-focused tech companies in transforming their Go-To-Market strategy and operations to drive solutions and subscription revenue. In addition, he and his team have supported clients with product strategy and roadmaps, bringing a Customer Lifetime Value lens to product design, engineering, and pricing. Recently, his focus has been on leveraging AI to help clients accelerate their Go-To-Market and Customer Experience transformations.
Narasimhan also leads Kearney’s San Francisco office, which hosts Silicon Foundry, a fully owned subsidiary that helps large corporates tap into the innovation ecosystem for strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Prior to this, Narasimhan was based in Singapore and held various leadership positions within the Communications, Media & Technology practice in Asia.
Narasimhan holds a degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
8. Mary Shelton Rose

9. Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he leads transaction services in the San Francisco office. He specializes in financial due diligence and advising on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions for private equity and corporate clients. With more than 15 years of experience, Lee has extensive diligence expertise across industries such as technology, software/software as a service, business services, media, industrial products, healthcare, retail, and consumer goods.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Lee was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Deals practice in New York and was a key member of the Technology Industry Financial Diligence group. In addition, he focused on activities in PwC’s Media & Entertainment and Private Equity Service industry groups. Before that, Lee was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Silicon Valley Technology and Venture Capital Audit group.
Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in business management economics with a focus in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California (inactive).

10. Harvind Raman

Harvind Raman is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he co-leads the Technology Go-To-Market team within the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice. With 15 years of consulting and industry experience across TMT, industrials, and airlines, Harvind has expertise in assisting private equity firms and corporations with M&A, carve-outs, growth, and cost transformations.

Harvind also specializes in organizational transformation, R&D optimization, and go-to-market effectiveness.

11. Christophe Meunier

12. Luke Schaeffer

Luke Schaeffer is Global Leader of the Strategy and Transformation practices within FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment. Schaeffer specializes in enterprise transformation, in transactions, turnarounds, and growth contexts. 13. Kevin Erdal

As Managing Director and Global Practice Leader of Nordic's Digital Health business line, Kevin partners with clients to drive digital transformation across the healthcare industry. He leads a team that develops strategic solutions to support innovation and long-term success.
Kevin focuses on achieving a cohesive care continuum through digital health strategy at the clinical, operational, and technical levels. His team helps clients with analytical needs, cloud strategies, and data governance solutions. Kevin is also working on expanding Nordic’s Digital Health business line to support the global community.
Kevin joined Nordic in May of 2019 after nine years at Mayo Clinic, where he worked extensively in analytics data management. Most recently, he served as Service Delivery Manager within Mayo Clinic’s unified data platform section, where he managed a team integrating data from multiple EHRs, built the IT function to support data governance, and led the development of an integrated data environment.
Kevin also served as lead analyst/programmer, managing the Cogito project for Epic implementation and leading a team of developers across the health system. He started his career at Mayo as an analytics and software developer supporting clinical and revenue cycle analytics and general application needs.
Kevin graduated from Winona State University with a degree in management information systems. He holds certifications across the Epic platform, Cerner Millennium, Project Management, and is a Silver Mayo Quality Fellow.

14. Tristram Lupprian

Tristram Lupprian is a Senior Managing Director in Teneo’s global Technology practice, with extensive experience of strategic, transformational and transaction-led engagements for both public and private software businesses. Teneo is a global CEO advisory firm that delivers advisory services across five business segments, either on a stand-alone basis or as fully integrated solutions, to help clients address complex business challenges.
Lupprian has a particular focus on helping clients manage the commercial, product, operational and profitability challenges involved in the move towards cloud. 15. Munish Gupta

16. Tobias Dengel

19. Thomas McDermott
