Ozgur Adigozel, Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, stands out for his work in healthcare transformation, where he partners with organizations to redefine growth strategies and improve operational efficiency. His career began at Procter and Gamble, where he held various management positions, honing his skills in business operations and leadership.
Ozgur holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

2. Michael Birshan

6. Ira Gaberman

Ira Gaberman is a Senior Partner in Kearney’s London office. He is a member of the global leadership team of Kearney’s Strategy, Growth and Organization Transformation Practice, and is the Head of the SG&OT Practice in Europe. Ira is also a member of Kearney’s overall Europe Leadership Team.
A former M&A lawyer, Ira spent over 25 years consulting with Kearney, where he has built a long track record of helping companies future-proof their business, translating strategic opportunities into organizational readiness, and unlocking value potential. He is an expert in strategy translation, organization re-design and optimization, leadership team development, and large-scale enterprise transformation.

He has deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation programs enabled by technology across business operations, supply chain, and back-office functions. 9. Sharon Stufflebeme

11. Makoto Inoue

Makoto Inoue is a Partner and the APAC Leader for SG&OT at Kearney, with 19 years of experience as a management consultant. He has led a variety of cross-border assignments and recently focused on shareholder value creation, including top-line growth, performance improvement, and organizational design. Throughout his career, Makoto has driven impactful change across several industries, including consumer, service, and healthcare. He has also led retail tech and digital solution development and pioneered new business development strategies based on consumer insights. His professional background includes working in the Specialty Chemical B.U. of Mitsui & Co., as well as Novus International. He is well-regarded for his deep understanding of market dynamics and his ability to guide clients through complex business transformations.

12. Florent Nanse
