PwC has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate innovation across industries using cloud and generative AI (GenAI) technologies. This partnership combines PwC’s extensive industry expertise with AWS’ advanced GenAI services, such as Amazon Bedrock, which offers a diverse range of foundation models and enterprise-grade capabilities to develop scalable GenAI-powered applications.
PwC plans to integrate AWS features, such as Amazon Bedrock's Automated Reasoning checks, into existing solutions like Maestro Medical Legal Review to ensure regulatory compliance. This builds on the success of previous joint ventures, such as the AI-driven annotation solution initially designed for the entertainment industry and now adapted for use in financial services, healthcare, and insurance. Joe Davis, CIO at Continental Resources, highlighted PwC’s role in delivering GenAI strategies using AWS technology to scale AI-driven impact across operations.
