Many young individuals struggle to find employment due to skill gaps, particularly in agriculture, where sustainability and food security demands continue to rise. Through Nestlé’s Youth Entrepreneurship Platform, grantees will receive tailored training and mentorship, aligning with the broader Nestlé Needs YOUth initiative. Over the past decade, Nestlé has helped ten million young people access economic opportunities. This initiative further strengthens that commitment, ensuring a skilled workforce for a more sustainable food supply.
