Jacobs Secures $80 Million Environmental Compliance Contract with U.S. Navy

Jacobs has been awarded a five-year, $80 million contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic to provide multimedia environmental compliance engineering support. The contract focuses on a range of environmental services for the U.S. Navy and other U.S. Department of Defense installations, particularly in the eastern U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Jacobs will assist with compliance in areas such as petroleum storage tanks, air quality, wastewater, oil spill preparedness, and waste management, continuing its longstanding support for the Navy’s multimedia environmental compliance program.

This contract renewal strengthens Jacobs' more than 40 years of service to NAVFAC, supporting the U.S. Navy’s efforts to maintain environmental compliance across its vast maritime operations. Jacobs’ expertise in environmental stewardship ensures that the Navy can focus on its primary mission of ensuring freedom of the seas.
