Infosys Knowledge Institute (IKI), the research division of Infosys, has released its largest study on AI effectiveness, titled Infosys AI Business Value Radar. The survey covered 3,240 companies across 132 AI business use cases globally. The research points to IT, operations, facilities, cybersecurity, and software development as the top AI use cases, delivering success rates 10-15% higher than others. Infosys emphasizes that organizations focusing on transformational AI applications are more likely to meet business goals, especially when supported by robust change management and employee training. Currently, only 16% of companies have implemented effective change strategies. The report recommends actions such as accelerating agentic AI adoption, fostering AI innovation models, and improving workforce readiness.
