Over 178,000 learning resources are available to 216,000 active users on My Learning World, including 27,000 industrial workers and 65,000 employees using My Skills for skill-based learning. Additionally, Siemens and Infosys are developing a new customer-facing platform with over 300 technical courses for 50,000 external participants, including system integrators. Siemens' collaboration with Infosys reflects its commitment to improving workforce development through AI-driven learning solutions. Infosys brings its expertise in digital transformation to strengthen Siemens’ platform, ensuring an advanced and accessible learning environment that aligns with industry needs.
