Axel Freyberg is a Senior Partner in Kearney’s Communications, Media & Technology Practice. He has worked for close to 30 years in the industry and served clients in all continents. He has been involved in building the practice from day one and has led the practice in various roles for over a decade, while constantly following his passion to solve challenging strategic and operational problems for technology driven businesses. Carlos Oliver Mosquera is a Partner in Communications, Media and Technology, Head of the Technology Centre of Excellence, at Kearney. Kearney’s Technology Centre of Excellence provides advisory services to clients worldwide through a unique combination of the strategic impact of management consulting and the firm’s deep understanding of ICT technologies. Mosquera first joined the firm in 2015.

Kevin Erdal is Managing Director and Global Practice Leader of Nordic's Digital Health business line. He helps clients realize digital transformations across the healthcare industry. His team supports clients' analytical needs, cloud strategies and data governance solutions. Erdal is dedicated to expanding Nordic’s Digital Health business line globally.

Erdal joined Nordic in May of 2019 after nine years at Mayo Clinic. His most recent title was Service Delivery Manager within Mayo Clinic’s unified data platform section. Sean officiated the 2024 NHL Sled Hockey Classic and both the 2023 and 2024 USA Hockey Sled/Para National Championships and is a regular league official for the NorthEast Sled Hockey League.

Sean earned his BA in Classics and Business Economics from Brown University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Sridhar Narasimhan is a Partner and Head of Kearney’s Technology Practice in the Americas. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience supporting large enterprise-focused tech companies in transforming their Go-To-Market strategy and operations to drive solutions and subscription revenue. In addition, he and his team have supported clients with product strategy and roadmaps, bringing a Customer Lifetime Value lens to product design, engineering, and pricing. Recently, his focus has been on leveraging AI to help clients accelerate their Go-To-Market and Customer Experience transformations.

Narasimhan also leads Kearney’s San Francisco office, which hosts Silicon Foundry, a fully owned subsidiary that helps large corporates tap into the innovation ecosystem for strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Prior to this, Narasimhan was based in Singapore and held various leadership positions within the Communications, Media & Technology practice in Asia.

Narasimhan holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics & communications engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Tristram Lupprian is a Senior Managing Director in Teneo's Management Consulting Division and one of the leaders of the business's Global Technology practice. He has extensive experience of strategic, transformational and transaction-led engagements for both public and private enterprise software businesses.

Over the last 10 years, Tristram has focused on helping technology and technology-enabled businesses manage major commercial, product, operational, pricing and profitability transitions. He has a particular focus on resolving the challenges involved in the successful delivery of cloud and AI solutions, addressing questions of market strategy, customer lifecycle development, revenue model evolution, and operating model change.

Tristram joined Teneo through the acquisition of a London-based strategy boutique, Credo in 2017.

Tom McDermott, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, is a Principal in CohnReznick’s Cybersecurity, Technology Risk and Privacy Practice with more than 20 years of risk management experience helping organizations identify, evaluate, and manage risks while preserving and enhancing enterprise value. His practice provides specialized risk and advisory services, including assessments, governance, compliance, risk identification and transformation. Tom works closely with senior management, boards, and stakeholders, leading global teams fostering positive outcomes for public and private clients, including various Fortune 500, emerging growth companies (EGC), not-for-profit organizations, and start-up organizations across industries.

Tom presents at international, national, and regional events on cybersecurity strategy and trends, emerging technology risks, vulnerability management, internal audit methodology, and business continuity planning. He is presently a Director on the Board of the NY Metropolitan Chapter of ISACA, and a recent recipient of the NJ ISACA President’s Award for contributions to the profession.

Tobias Dengel is the President of TELUS Digital. TELUS Digital (formerly TELUS International) designs, builds and delivers innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience (CX) for brands. The company’s services support the full lifecycle of clients' digital transformation journeys, helping them adopt next-generation technologies to improve business outcomes.

Dengel is a technology executive and founder with over 25 years of experience. He is also President of WillowTree, a TELUS International Company. Dengel started his career at AOL International in 1996 and co-founded Leads.com, which was acquired by Web.com in 2005. In 2008, he co-founded WillowTree, one of the first companies to develop products for Apple’s App Store. Dengel holds an undergraduate degree in management and technology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Soumendra Mohanty is the Chief Strategy Officer at Tredence. He has led key growth portfolios, including IIOT, data, analytics, AI, intelligent RPA, digital integration, digital experience and platforms. Under his leadership, Tredence has established various digital and data analytics capabilities.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Mohanty has held various leadership roles at Accenture, Mindtree and L&T Infotech. In these roles, he led P&L functions, including M&A advisory for technology growth strategies and startup ecosystems.

As an accomplished thought leader, Mohanty has published several books and speaks at global forums, CDAO advisory gatherings and educational institutions. He advises the Harvard Business Review (Analytics Stream) and holds a master's degree in computer applications from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India.

Victor Font is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he leverages his extensive experience advising and investing in Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) companies worldwide. Font has expertise in strategy consulting, investment banking, and investment activities. He was part of the founding team of Cluster Consulting, a TMT consulting boutique in Europe during telecom sector liberalization, and later became the founder and CEO of Delta Partners. Delta has become a global reference as an advisor to C-suite executives, boardrooms and government officials in the telecom, media and entertainment, sports and technology sectors, expanding in all relevant international markets and with offices in the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. After joining FTI Consulting in mid-2020, Delta Partners became one of the foundations of FTI Delta, FTI Consulting’s strategy consulting practice.

Font’s professional experience is complemented by in-depth experience in the sports sector and football in particular, as he ran for president of FC Barcelona in 2021 and is actively working on an ambitious project to transform FC Barcelona, one of the most relevant and iconic institutions in the industry. He is also an investor and director at ARA, the first Catalan multiplatform media company launched in Barcelona in partnership with The International Herald Tribune and The New York Times. As an investor and mentor of tech startups, Font is actively supporting companies such as TwoJeys and Kognia, an AI-based software that leverages computer vision to perform real-time analysis of football games and players, among others.

Prior to co-founding Delta Partners, Font was a partner at Oliver Wyman (then DiamondCluster) in Sao Paulo, Barcelona and Dubai. He founded Oliver Wyman operations in the Middle East and grew it into a multimillion-dollar business before founding Delta Partners in 2006. At that time, Font was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee for Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
