With more than 25 years in engineering, consulting, and management, Aditya Pathak is the Vice President and Head of Automotive, Transportation, & Logistics for Cognizant, a multinational information technology and consulting company.
Headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey, Cognizant helps clients modernize their technology, reimagine processes, and transform experiences to help them stay ahead of the competition. Pathak is driving Cognizant’s automotive industry charter by leveraging AI to accelerate client transformations across Software Defined Vehicles, Enterprise Modernization, Digital Manufacturing, and Customer Experience transformations across the shop-buy-own lifecycle. As a keen observer of the competition between the major Automotive ecosystems across continents, he is helping his clients become more competitive and navigate the accelerating shifts in global supply chain of automotive products and services.
In his prior roles, he has led Cognizant’s manufacturing and logistics SBU for the US-East region, and had also served as a director and client partner for providers and alliances. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), an MBA from the Indian Institutes of Management, and executive education from Harvard University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Edzil Gonsalves, based in USA, is the Managing Partner and Automotive Industry Advisor with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Edzil comes with over three decades of rich experience across the Manufacturing & Automotive industry value chain in areas such as product development, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, customer experience management, and large program management. During his tenure with TCS, he has worked on multiple continents, partnered with leading global manufacturing organizations, and has successfully delivered large business centric engagements for Global Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 corporations. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys since its inception in 1968.
Edzil has contributed to various Thought Leadership Journals and authored multiple White Papers on topics encompassing New Product Innovation, Product Lifecycle Management, Design to Target Cost, Program Management, Circular Economy, and Sustainability. He has made multiple presentations at Global Industry forums, worked closely with prominent Industry Analysts, conducted webinars, Panel discussions and Innovation events. Edzil has been actively reviewing the global automotive mobility industry and nurturing technology led business transformation for Client organizations.
In 2024, the Consulting Report named Edzil a top 25 automotive consultant and leader.

On December 1, 2024, Jason began a four-year term as a member of the RSM US LLP board of directors. The board focuses on the firm’s strategic objectives and continuously guides the firm in the tradition of quality, integrity and client service excellence that has been the hallmark of the firm since its inception in 1926.
In August 2023, Jason was appointed the Enterprise Leader for the North American Industrials Practice of RSM US, including the manufacturing, logistics and distribution and energy sectors. In this role, he is responsible for one of RSMs largest industries across all of our service lines of Consulting, Tax and Audit. He is responsible for setting and executing on the firm’s industrials strategy across the enterprise.
Prior to this role, in May 2021, Jason was appointed the Sector Leader for the North American Manufacturing Practice of RSM US. In that role, he was responsible for one of RSMs largest industry sectors across all our service lines of Consulting, Tax and Audit, and was responsible for setting and executing on the firm’s manufacturing strategy across the enterprise.
Jason also serves clients in the manufacturing, automotive, and chemicals sectors and has more than 20 years of experience serving multinational clients with particular emphasis on SEC clients, Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Jason has previously advised clients in the areas of accounting, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, process design and improvement, internal audit, regulatory compliance, internal and external financial reporting and information technology system implementation. Strong record of accomplishment of people, team and practice development across North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
In January 2018, Jason was selected as an analyst in RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, predict and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries and sectors RSM serves. Jason is also a member of the firm’s Inclusion Council, serves as one of the executive sponsors of the AACE Employee Network Group, the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami and previously served on the RSM US Foundation Board, as well as RSM’s Southeast Region Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Leader.

Ms. Marcero nearly 30 years’ experience in complex general business matters, restructuring, transformational efforts and M&A transactions in a variety of industries, including but not limited to institutions undergoing dramatic change: automotive, consumer products, crypto/mining, retail franchising, travel & leisure, industrial manufacturing, metals, municipalities, healthcare, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and higher education. Throughout her career, she has excelled at advising clients managing evolution and external challenges and is recognized for creative solutions that preserve and facilitate improved outcomes for all constituents. Her work for and viewpoints on the automotive supplier community served as a basis by which requests were made to Secretary of Treasury Timothy Geithner and the U.S. government for funding to the automotive supplier community in 2009.

- Currently serving as Chairwoman of the Board of Spark Network, a global company encompassing online dating platforms. Spark recently concluded one of the first StaRug proceedings in Germany.
- Ms. Marcero served as Independent Director of GetWell, an IT company providing services to the healthcare industry.
- Currently serves as Board of Director and Vice President of Supply Source Enterprises and affiliates.
- Ms. Marcero served as the Chair of the Restructuring Committee of the Board of Directors of Carlson Wagonlit, a $2B travel management company.
- Ms. Marcero served as Independent Director of the Opco of Prima Wawona, the industry leading producer of stone fruit.
- Ms. Marcero was appointed in 2014, by Governor Rick Snyder, to serve on the Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery.
- Ms. Marcero also served as an Officer (Treasurer) on the Board of Directors for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, as the Finance Committee Chairperson and also served on the Nominating & Governance committee.
- Ms. Marcero is a past Co-Chairperson on the Board of Directors for Michigan International Women in Restructuring.
- Ms. Marcero was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the Top 25 Automotive Consultants and Leaders for 2024.
- In 2013, Ms. Marcero was selected as a recipient for M&A Advisor’s 40 under 40 award. In 2011, Ms. Marcero was selected as a recipient for Crain’s Detroit 40 under 40 award.

An accomplished operations advisor at EY, a global professional services firm, Sven Dharmani helps clients adopt leading-edge digital and industry 4.0 capabilities, which is transformative for their business operations. He brings a global perspective from his business experience in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Dharmani has more than 20 years of international experience in both automotive and manufacturing.
Dharmani started his career as a sales associate at Honda Motor Co and held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers at a senior supply chain management consultant and Capgemini Consulting as a senior manager.
Sven holds an MBA in operations and strategy from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BE in industrial engineering from Thapar University in India.
