The collaboration will introduce ConnectPath CX, a cloud-based platform that integrates with Epic EHR systems, helping providers respond more quickly and effectively to patient needs.

This joint initiative combines Guidehouse’s consulting experience with CloudHesive’s technical capabilities to offer a full-service solution. In addition to deploying the new platform, both firms will provide implementation support and managed services to ensure smooth transitions for clients. The ConnectPath CX Platform is designed to handle communication across multiple channels while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
