The survey further revealed that 64% of insurers foresee higher or significantly higher medical trends over the next three years, driven by increased healthcare demand, including mental health services, and the adoption of advanced medical technologies and pharmaceuticals.

Conducted between June and August 2024, the survey reflects WTW’s commitment to providing insight-led strategies that enhance resilience and sustainable success for organizations worldwide.
