In his new role, he will lead strategic client engagements, support the firm’s financial transformation initiatives, and help drive the continued growth of FTI Consulting’s financial services capabilities across the EMEA region. Jean-Werner de T’Serclaes, EMEA Financial Services Leader, welcomed Wallen, highlighting his expertise as a key asset for the firm’s regional ambitions.

Wallen previously served as Managing Director at BlackRock, where he held several leadership positions and played a central role in the Financial Markets Advisory EMEA business. He also led initiatives in private markets, sustainability, and risk outsourcing. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey. He expressed enthusiasm on joining FTI Consulting, stating, “I am excited to continue this work at FTI Consulting and look forward to working with Jean-Werner and colleagues across EMEA to further develop the multidisciplinary, expert-led solutions that our firm is known for.”
