e& Partners with IBM for Advanced AI Governance Platform

e&, a technology group operating across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe, has joined hands with IBM to implement a comprehensive multi-model AI and generative AI governance solution. Announced at the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos, this initiative aims to strengthen e&'s AI governance framework by ensuring compliance, transparency, and ethical oversight.

The collaboration utilizes IBM's watsonx.governance platform and IBM Consulting's expertise to address challenges such as risk mitigation, bias detection, and real-time AI performance monitoring. This solution will enable e& to centralize oversight of AI models, manage risks proactively, and align with regulatory standards throughout the AI model lifecycle.

IBM Consulting is working closely with e& to create a tailored governance framework that includes workflows, KPIs, and integration of existing AI models. The deployment will also leverage IBM's AI-powered delivery platform to accelerate implementation. According to e&’s Group Chief AI and Data Officer, Dena Almansoori, this partnership highlights the importance of responsible AI practices in an era of rapid technological transformation.
