the key concerns for the next five years include adapting to regulatory changes, managing financial pressures, retaining patients, and recruiting and retaining clinicians. Nearly 84% of respondents expect regulatory changes to significantly impact their organizations, while 46% foresee a negative effect on provider experience due to these shifts.

Executives view technological advancements as a vital strategy to address industry challenges. The survey shows that 97% of executives plan to invest in technology capabilities, while 89% prioritize aligning with physician leaders. Additionally, 73% believe technology will enhance provider experiences, supporting recruitment and retention efforts. More than three-quarters of respondents anticipate that technological advancements will improve patient access and experience. The survey highlights that despite regulatory and financial pressures, strategic investments in technology and physician alignment are foreseen to play a key role in navigating the future of healthcare.
