His background includes leadership roles in healthcare operations and experience collaborating with hospitals nationwide to improve both patient and care team experiences.

Before joining Chartis, Burch served as Senior Principal, Operations and Quality at Vizient. He has also held executive leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hillcrest Medical Center and Oklahoma State University Medical Center. Burch holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Missouri and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Chartis collaborates with over 900 clients each year to improve healthcare by adopting ideas and solutions that make it more affordable, accessible, and safe.
