Andrew has spent the last 29 years of his career advising clients in the areas of Supply Chain & Procurement Operating Model Strategy, Design and Improvement. Andrew is an experienced KPMG partner who leads the UK Operations business including Procurement & Supply Chain and has been responsible for leading large multi-year, multi-functional business transformation programmes. He has spent the last 9 years building and growing KPMG’s market leading Powered Procurement team in the UK, focusing on technology enabled business transformations, directly impacting clients supply chain and procurement operations as well leading larger, multi-functional, global, ERP wide programmes utilising various platforms including Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics and Coupa.
A pragmatic, practically minded business consultant, Andrew is able to apply cross functional thinking and connectivity beyond supply chain including Finance, IT, Tax and Customer functions and understands the importance of Change Management underpinning transformation – defining the what needs to be different is the “easy” bit, the challenge is usually how to enable that change. Andrew has cut his teeth on some of the largest most complex global operating model redesign programmes including; establishing a procurement company in Luxembourg for a global telecommunications company; for a Fortune 30 Global Agri-business he led the joint client/ KPMG team through the initial strategy phase that led to a 2.5 year European business transformation programme, impacting Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Tax and Commercial functions and relocating the clients European HQ to Switzerland; led the European deployment team for a Global FMCG organisation that was aligning it’s regional inventory demand/supply planning, and distribution/logistics functions. The work was part of a global roll out focusing on global supply planning and creation of a regional Supply Chain Control Tower within a global business service capability for supply chain in Europe.
Andrew works across a number of key sectors including Consumer Goods and Retail, Pharmaceutical, Defence, Energy, Manufacturing and Telecommunications. During his time at KPMG Andrew has had a number of leadership roles, including as a founding member of KPMG’s Global Operations Centre of Excellence. As an experienced partner he has a personal passion and commitment to coaching and mentoring the next generation of Supply Chain and Procurement leaders within KPMG.

Bernardo Miranda is a Sr. Partner and Managing Director at Falconi's U.S. office in Chicago, where he led the firm’s Greenfield expansion, establishing it as a key player in efficiency and performance consulting for operations and supply. Known for bold leadership and rapid execution, Miranda specializes in crafting strategies, scaling operations, and delivering measurable impact. Named Partner in under 10 years, he rose to Head of International Key Accounts and later built Falconi’s Chicago office from the ground up. He holds degrees and certifications from Ibmec, Chicago Booth, NYU Stern, and IESE Business School.

Fredrik de Maré is a Vice President at DBI Network, a global consulting network of specialized firms, technical experts and industry-leading independent advisors specializing in operational strategy, product and service innovation, and supply chain transformation services. Based in San Francisco, he has 25 years of management consulting experience advising clients on a range of complex operational topics including supply chain strategy, supply chain risk management, and operational performance improvement. His sector expertise spans across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology industries. Over the course of his career, de Maré has worked with numerous clients on a global basis to mitigate critical supply chain risks and drive transformational improvements to their supply chain operations.
Prior to joining DBI Network, de Maré served as a senior managing director in the business transformation practice of FTI Consulting. He was previously a partner at Arthur D. Little, leading its San Francisco office. Earlier, de Maré spearheaded pharma supply chain risk management services as a partner at PwC's healthcare practice following its acquisition of PRTM where he had served as a partner in the firm’s supply chain practice. He received a B.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Gabriel currently holds the position of Director for Manufacturing practices at Falconi, with special focus in the North American market, where he is responsible for helping organizations to walk the path of operational excellence, improving efficiency, quality and service level, and integrating that journey with digital transformation to build the manufacturing of the future.
Since joining Falconi, a leading management consulting company in Latin America, Gabriel has dedicated more than 14 years supporting Operations Directors and COOs across the globe, in different industries such as mining, steel, paper & hygiene products, food & beverage, and durable goods. In 2018 he was transferred to help develop the North American office and became a partner in 2021 in charge of leading the manufacturing portfolio. Under his guidance Falconi advanced its delivery capabilities with new services and technologies, expanding the partnership with existing and new clients.
Gabriel holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from UNIFEI (Universidade Federal de Itajuba - BRA) and is specialized in Industrial Management by Fundacao Vanzolini (USP BRA). Most recently, he obtained a professional Certification in Industry 4.0 with the MIT. Gabriel is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Fundacao Vanzolini), Business Process Professional (ABPMP), Project Management Professional (PMI), and obtained a certification on Data Strategy (Berkeley).

Glenn is a world-renowned supply chain strategist and prominent strategic business advisor to Fortune 500’s and governments. Currently, Glenn serves as an Advisory Board Member with Vorto.ai, a supply chain technology platform company that uses AI to drive efficiency in demand, procurement, logistics and operations. He is also the Global Supply Chain & Operations Leader for EY, a $50B organization operating in 150 countries, managing multinational global teams across supply chain strategy, procurement, planning, manufacturing, product lifecycle management and logistics & distribution. Prior to his role with EY, Glenn drove profitable growth as the Global & Americas Distribution Sector Leader for IBM’s Global Business Services with responsibility for $2B P&L.

Glenn is fully versed in supply chain strategy, people, process, data, and technology and has traveled extensively throughout his career working in mature and emerging markets in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Glenn leverages his global alliances across the supply chain technology ecosystem and deep expertise on emerging and disruptive supply chain challenges to contribute to board oversight roles and engage board colleagues and management with leading edge insights.

Jim is a Partner with Deloitte, based in Toronto, Canada. He is currently Deloitte’s Global Supply Chain & Network Operations Leader. In this role, Jim is responsible for Deloitte’s global supply chain consulting offerings, assets, alliances, and eminence. In 2023 and 2024, Jim was recognized as one of the Top 25 Global Operations Consultants and Leaders by The Consulting Report.
In his over 30 years with Deloitte, Jim has led many significant global supply chain transformation programs, delivering significant impact through supply chain optimization and leveraging advanced supply chain systems and technologies. His expertise includes supply chain strategy, supply chain planning, distribution & logistics, strategic sourcing & procurement, and manufacturing operations. While focused on Consumer Products Manufacturers and Retail organizations, taking a "source to consumer" perspective of the retail value chain, Jim has worked with clients across a number of industries, in both the private and public sector, where supply chain management is critical to their success. Many of the global supply chain transformation programs that Jim has led have delivered greater than $100 Million in annual P&L benefits for his clients, in addition to significant service and working capital performance improvements. His focus over the past year has been helping organizations redefine their operating models to achieve their profitability goals with more resilient supply chains. He is one of the leading thinkers on how companies must prepare for the shifting global supply chain and trade environment.
Jim is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MBA from the University of Toronto, and is a Lean 6-Sigma Master Black Belt.

Kay Manke is the Global Leader of the Consulting Portfolio and Innovation, as well as the Regional Leader for North America at BearingPoint. With over 30 years as a consultant, he has gained extensive experience in the wholesale, retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries. He has successfully supported leading national and international companies in the sustainable optimization and implementation of strategies, structures, processes, and IT systems.
Since 2007, Manke has been a Partner at BearingPoint, responsible for the retail and consumer goods industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since 2019, he has led the operations service line at the global level, and in 2024, he became a member of the management committee and the global leader for the consulting portfolio, overseeing all service lines and focusing on developing new offerings and consultant expertise. Additionally, he is responsible for the generation and management of innovations and serves as the regional leader for North America.
He has completed numerous projects for leading companies in areas such as IT strategy and harmonization, the selection, design, and implementation of ERP systems, optimization of processes and organizational structures, cross-channel commerce, due diligence and post-merger integration, and after-sales service management.
Before joining BearingPoint, he worked for five years in the management team of the Retail and Consumer Products sector and the Strategy and Business Architecture practice of Accenture. He gained five years of consulting experience in national and international projects at another leading management consultancy. He holds a master’s degree in economics from universities in Germany and France.

Majaz is an experienced supply chain professional with 15-plus years of experience in helping clients with solving supply chain and operations issues. Mark Hermans is a Managing Director in PwC’s Connected Supply Chain practice, based in Washington, DC. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he has a strong track record of leading global technology-enabled supply chain transformations that drive operational efficiency, resilience, and measurable financial impact across a wide range of industries, including aerospace & defense, industrial products, consumer packaged goods, and utilities.
Hermans specializes in operations strategy, operating model redesign, technology enablement, and advanced analytics across the end-to-end supply chain. His expertise spans planning, inventory optimization, materials management and fulfillment. He has helped organizations unlock multimillion-dollar working capital savings, reduce operating costs, and enhance service levels by leveraging digital supply chain capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
Throughout his career, Hermans has worked extensively with globally operating companies, advising C-suite executives and senior leaders on navigating complex supply chain challenges. His experience spans the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, providing him with a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics. Hermans holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Richard Dryden serves as a Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice and is based in Atlanta. Dryden previously led Alvarez & Marsal’s Supply Chain practice across Europe, and has been with A&M since 2013.
Dryden brings more than 20 years of combined experience as an operator and business transformation practitioner, with hands-on experience across value chains in the retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors. He specializes in driving operational transformation, manufacturing process and footprint efficiency, sourcing and procurement value creation, and logistics network optimisation.
Prior to joining A&M, Dryden spent seven years with Deloitte and KPMG. His supply chain career also includes time with Christian Salvesen in the UK. Dryden's academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Leeds.

Vince Zosa is a Managing Director at Stax’s Boston office, leading the firm’s Value Creation practice. With over 25 years of experience, he partners with private equity and corporate clients to drive profitable growth and operational excellence across industries such as industrials, B2B services, and technology. His deep sector expertise and focus on the private equity investment lifecycle enhance Stax’s ability to deliver high-impact strategies at the portfolio company level. Kirk Waldrop is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s supply chain practice within the corporate performance improvement group, bringing more than more than 27 years of experience to the role, specializing in supply chain transformation and end-to-end operational improvement. Waldrop’s domain expertise includes distribution and manufacturing operations and technology, facility design, last mile delivery operations (including direct-to-store and direct-to-consumer), omni-channel, reverse logistics, field service operations, cost-to-serve improvement, customer segmentation, 3PL sourcing and implementation, and supply chain risk management. Waldrop’s industry experience spans consumer goods, retail and apparel, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, telecommunications, automotive aftermarket, field service operations, and 3rd party logistics.
Prior to joining A&M, Waldrop was a Managing Director within Grant Thornton’s supply chain practice – specializing in end-to-end supply chain transformation for corporate and private equity clients. He previously served as Vice President, Supply Chain Operations at Chainalytics, LLC, a boutique supply chain consulting firm. Waldrop was a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton’s Supply Chain & Logistics Team where he focused on complex supply chain and logistics solutions for Department of Defense clients, led the Homeland Security Logistics market and later started and led the Space Logistics market. Waldrop earned his bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA and an MS in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Maryland.
