At Bristol Meyers Squibb, Richardson led a team of more than 100 professionals, driving pricing strategy, analytics, and compliance. She also played a pivotal role in navigating the IRA’s price-setting process, serving as Pricing Lead during Medicare Part D product negotiations and overseeing data submissions and impact analytics.Previously, as Vice President of 340B Compliance at Apexus, she collaborated with federal agencies and healthcare providers to create customer-facing tools, educational programs, and a national certification initiative.

At BRG, Richardson will utilize her expertise to solve pressing issues in the pharmaceutical supply chain, focusing on improving transparency in drug discount programs. BRG’s leadership emphasized that Richardson’s proven track record and innovative approaches will be a valuable asset to its clients. Richardson expressed enthusiasm about contributing to BRG’s mission of advancing healthcare solutions.
