Inserra, who has been with Booz Allen since 1998, previously led the company’s Aerospace business, overseeing projects for clients including the U.S. Air Force, NASA, and the U.S. Space Force. She succeeds Judi Dotson, who will retire in 2025 after a distinguished 35-year career. 

Escaravage, who has been with Booz Allen for 24 years, will lead the Defense Technology Group, focusing on advancing capability development for the company’s defense clients, including all branches of the U.S. military. He brings a wealth of expertise in AI and technology integration. Booz Allen’s Chairman, CEO, and President, Horacio Rozanski, praised both Inserra and Escaravage for their leadership, noting their experience in driving complex client transformations and technological innovations in national defense missions.
