Rao previously served as Managing Director of the Software Strategy Group at EY Parthenon and has worked with prominent consultancies, including Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group. He also held leadership roles at technology companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he served as Vice President of Business Operations. Gregory Pankert, Managing Partner at ADL, highlighted Rao’s extensive expertise in enterprise software and IT services as key to strengthening ADL’s North American TIME practice. Rao holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in engineering and computer science from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He expressed enthusiasm for supporting clients in navigating opportunities in the expanding technology sector.
