Garfield, based in Chicago, brings a wealth of experience from his leadership roles, including as Global Head of Industries at AlixPartners, where he significantly grew revenues and profitability. He has also led the firm’s Americas and Asia regions and has extensive expertise in corporate and private equity sectors. He holds a management degree from Northwestern University and serves on the board of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Hornby, based in London, is a seasoned technologist with a passion for digital innovation. Since joining AlixPartners in 2011, he has led the Digital practice and doubled the EMEA region’s revenues as its leader. As an expert in digital transformation and AI’s societal impact, he holds advanced degrees in management and computer science and was recently named Honorary Professorial Fellow by Aston University.
