Accenture has expanded its AI Refinery platform by introducing an AI agent builder that enables businesses to develop and customize AI agents quickly. Built on NVIDIA AI Enterprise, this new feature allows organizations to adapt agent teams in response to changing market conditions, customer feedback, and policy updates without requiring coding expertise. Accenture is also adding pre-configured industry agent solutions, helping enterprises scale AI networks efficiently. The AI Refinery ensures governance and control for both native and external AI agents, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. Lan Guan, Chief AI Officer, Accenture, stated, “Accenture continues to double-down on innovations like agent builder on our AI Refinery platform to empower organizations and decision-makers with the flexibility to drive business value faster, with agents that can observe the environment, apply reason, continuously improve and take action.”
The new industry agent solutions incorporate NVIDIA’s Llama Nemotron AI models with advanced reasoning capabilities, allowing AI agents to operate autonomously and improve decision-making accuracy. Accenture plans to develop more than 100 industry-specific AI solutions by the end of the year, covering sectors like telecommunications, finance, insurance, healthcare, and retail. These solutions enhance processes such as call center operations, insurance underwriting, order-to-cash management, and commercial banking credit sales. Justin Boitano, Vice President of Enterprise Software at NVIDIA, commented, "Accenture's industry-specific AI agents expand the capabilities of the Accenture AI Refinery with NVIDIA, allowing industry leaders to deploy digital teammates and scale impactful outcomes rapidly."
